Benefits of Membership
You are an Associate member for 1 year before becoming an Ordinary member. You must be an Ordinary member to receive the benefits listed below.
  1. Reduced Class Prices
Ordinary members enjoy discounted rates on all training classes, making it more affordable to enhance your dog’s skills, behaviour, and overall training. These savings can add up significantly over time, especially for those who take multiple classes or have more than one dog.
  2. Priority Enrollment in Classes
As an ordinary member, you receive early access to class registration. This ensures that you secure a spot in popular courses that often fill up quickly. Whether you’re looking to start with basic manners classes or more advanced classes, membership guarantees you won’t miss out.
  3. Collaboration with Fellow Dog Enthusiasts
Joining the club connects you with a community of passionate dog lovers. Sharing experiences, tips and advice fosters a supportive environment where members can learn from each other’s successes and challenges.
  4. Access to Expert Knowledge and Resources
Membership provides opportunities to work with experienced trainers and seasoned dog handlers. You’ll gain insights into effective training techniques, canine behaviour, and the best practices for raising a well-rounded dog.
  5. Exclusive Events and Workshops
Ordinary members are invited to participate in special club events such as workshops, seminars and social gatherings. These events provide additional opportunities for learning, networking and having fun with your dog in a welcoming and inclusive setting.
  6. Enhanced Bonding with Your Dog
By taking advantage of classes and training opportunities, you’ll strengthen your relationship with your dog. Training together improves communication, trust, and understanding, leading to a happier and more harmonious partnership.
  7. Community Involvement
Being part of the Crocus Obedience and Kennel Club allows you to contribute to the broader dog-loving community. You can participate in outreach programs, demonstrations, and events that promote responsible pet ownership and canine well-being.
